anyone use a "bazooka screen" in your brew kettle?
May 13, 2009 · Cleaning hop bags was a real drag for me so I got a bazooka boil screen like the Midwest one and I use only leaf hops now. It works like a charm but I never tried it with pellets. I get much clearer wort into my fermenter now but the clarity of the finished beer is still the same.
Using a bazooka screen instead of a false bottom in a stainless …
Oct 30, 2012 · I have been trying to search for the best way to use one of my 16 gallon stainless kettles as a mash tun. I can't quite yet bring myself to spend the near $100 for the needed 15" false bottom. Some people online, and many who use square tuns, suggested using a bazooka screen ($10-$15) in place of the false bottom.
How to keep my bazooka tube from getting clogged?
Mar 4, 2013 · I recently upgraded to a 15 gallon boil pot. I added a valve and a bazooka tube. I've made two batches...a 5 gal batch with 1 oz of pellet hops, and a 10 gal batch with 4 oz of pellet hops. Both times the tube got clogged. This last batch I had to rack from the boil pot to the fermenter, hops and all.

Mar 8, 2020 · The M20 bazooka is actually pretty common to find, earlier versions like the M9 are the hard ones to find and are much more valuable. Recent sales and value are about $600-700, some have got more but most I see sell for that. The …
Bazooka Filter and Brew in a Bag - Homebrew Talk
May 1, 2020 · I use a 10 gallon kettle for brew in a bag with a bazooka filter attached to the ball valve inside the kettle. This does a great job of keeping trub out of my fermenter, but recently it has been clogging when my wort gets down to about 2 gallons left. I …
M1 Bazooka - FIREARMS - U.S. Militaria Forum
Jul 28, 2013 · This Bazooka was donated to a museum in Devon by the US army just after the war and ended up in the museum in London, it was in mint condition and was converted as most M1s were to take the later type rocket with no contact band. I have posted elsewhere on this site but the last posting was about 2008, so i reckon the guy has either sold it etc.
M9A1 bazooka and general demil questions - U.S. Militaria Forum
Jan 10, 2021 · I have a chance to pick up a US M9A1 Bazooka complete with carrying strap, sight, both halves, and the seller is searching for the mask and training round he believes he still has. My biggest question is what do I need to look for to ensure that the bazooka was demilled correctly and I don't get into deep shinola sometime in the future?
replica M9A1 bazooka - REENACTING GROUPS & REPRO GEAR
Apr 14, 2016 · As I said before, the bazooka tube is slightly undersized so an inert original rocket can't fit. This wooden replica is slightly undersized in order to fit in the tube. Here it is thus far. It's not super detailed but it doesn't need to be for my purposes. Still need to attach the tail fin, finish painting, and attach a wire to the end.
M1 Bazooka help - FIREARMS - U.S. Militaria Forum
Sep 2, 2019 · This bazooka is the very early type with square trigger guard and ambi sights for left or right handed users. Funny how there are so many variants of sights and small features on just the M1 itself. The original M1 I copied from was an original M1 but modified to M1A1 spec removing the fire box only replacing with 20 inch banding and contact ...
