Oct 11, 2023 · The driver, later identified as Caleb D. Hooten, age 22, of Warner Robins, GA, refused to stop and there was a vehicle pursuit. After a brief pursuit, Hooten stopped and got out of his Honda Accord EX at Marvin Garden Apartments, Edwards Street in Fort Valley.
