May 29, 2019 · The Office of Compliance Assistance and Pollution Prevention (OCAPP) provides free and confidential assistance to help Ohio businesses and organizations comply with Ohio’s environmental requirements, such as completing permit applications and recordkeeping forms.

Ohio EPA’s Central Office is located in Columbus. District offices, located in Bowling Green, Twinsburg, Dayton, and Logan, provide agency program support at the local level. To find a local contact, refer to the county contact list below.

If you operate a small business with fewer than 100 employees, you can also contact Ohio EPA’s Office of Compliance Assistance and Pollution Prevention (OCAPP) for help in filling out application forms at 1.800.329.7518.
