The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is an IDEA Funded State Project of the Florida Department of Education (FDOE), Bureau of Exceptional Education and Students Services (BEESS). BEESS directly supports the FDOE's Guiding Principles and Strategic Initiatives.

From instructional, behavioral, and compliance trainings to the appropriate use of technologies for students with disabilities, FDLRS offers online and face-to-face professional learning to support exceptional education in the state of Florida.

FDLRS is funded by the Florida Department of Education, Division of Public Schools, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services, through federal assistance under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Part B and State General Revenue funds.
