Yet again, another round of severe weather is set to threaten the central U.S. with damaging winds, large hail and tornadoes starting late Tuesday and continuing through Thursday.

A strong cold front will bring the threat of strong to severe storms to the region through the mid-morning hours Monday. The Weather Authority has issued an Impact Day due to the threat of severe storms that are forecast to move through the area.

Storms could turn severe Sunday afternoon and evening. While hail and wind are the biggest threats, a tornado can't be completely ruled out in the strongest storms.
