Baja Midnight, a purple-colored Mountain Dew Baja Blast drink, hits the menu board on Thursday. Baja Midnight is the first, permanent new Baja Blast flavor in two decades. The fast-food chain said the drink mixes the taste of passion fruit with a twist of lime. The Baja Blast line debuted at Taco Bell in 2004.

The new drink blends Baja Blast’s signature tropical lime with passion fruit for what the brand calls “an entirely new experience.”
