LSU baseball started its second series of the year against Omaha with a 4-2 win and another dominant performance on the mound.

Jay Johnson and the LSU Tigers will return to Alex Box Stadium on Friday to begin a three-game series against the Omaha Mavericks. Johnson and Co. enter the series riding a four-game winning streak after sweeping the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons followed by a victory over the Southern Jaguars.

With inclement weather in the forecast Sunday, LSU baseball and Omaha have changed up the schedule for their three-game series this weekend in Baton Rouge.
