Antioch police shot and killed a man Monday morning when he allegedly threatened to kill his family and rushed at officers with a knife.

ANTIOCH — An Antioch officer shot and killed a man who was allegedly armed with a knife, according to multiple law enforcement sources. Authorities haven’t released the name of the officer or the man who was killed. Police reportedly responded to a call at Osprey Drive on Monday morning about a man threatening a family member with a knife.
