Antioch police are investigating an officer-involved shooting after a man reportedly armed with a knife was shot and died on-site.

Antioch police Monday morning were investigating a scene where a possible fatal police shooting occurred, according to the police department. The scene was in the area of Osprey Drive, and police asked the public to avoid the area. They did not yet confirm. There is no threat to public safety, police said.
