The Bay County Board of Commissioners in a special meeting voted 5-0 to approve a brownfield plan for the former Bay Valley Resort & Conference Center, 2470 Old Bridge Road, in Frankenlust Township.
A once popular Bay County landmark, whose name carried with it a mark of prestige, might return to its former glory.
