A new Wisconsin DMV online knowledge test offers efficiency and flexibility to aspiring teen drivers. The knowledge test is a two-part exam that covers rules for the road and important road signs.
This fee is charged by KnowTo Drive, the online testing platform administering the test, according to the DMV. Wisconsin joins 11 other states in enlisting KnowTo Drive for permit tests.
