With Call of Duty Black Ops 7 on the way, some people revisiting World War II have been left with a very nasty surprise. On Tuesday June 30, Activision brought Call of Duty: WW2 to Game Pass.
Call of Duty: WW2 for PC Game Pass and the Microsoft Store has now been offline since the weekend, with no sign of its imminent return and no update from Activision.
Activision has pulled Call of Duty: WWII on Xbox PC offline just days after it was added to Game Pass, amid reports of hacking via Remote Code Execution (RCE).
But two days ago, on Monday June 30, Call of Duty WW2 was also added to Microsoft's subscription service, becoming the first 'legacy' CoD in the entire Game Pass catalogue.
