The Tennessee Titans continued their second round of interviews Wednesday for a general manager, meeting with a pair of assistant general managers in Chicago's Ian Cunningham and Mike Borgonzi of Kansas City.
The Titans fired General Manager Ran Carthon last week after just two seasons with the club. Tennessee went 9-25 in Carthon’s two years with two different head coaches — Mike Vrabel and Brian Callahan.
Both NFL Network and ESPN have reported that the Titans will interview several candidates in the second round of interviews, after 10 interviews were conducted in the opening round of the search, led by president of football operations Chad Brinker. The Titans have moved quickly after firing Ran Carthon last Tuesday after two seasons.
