A day after announcing that she wouldn't be running for California Governor, Kamala Harris is heading back to late-night. The former Vice President will appear on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert tonight (Thursday July 31).

Former Vice President Kamala Harris will give her first post-election loss interview to Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. This comes shortly after the long-running late-night show was shockingly canceled by CBS and the public outcry that has followed.

Late-night hosts Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers, Jon Stewart, and John Oliver attended Colbert’s show last Monday to show their support. Adam Sandler, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Andy Cohen, and Anderson Cooper were also there, and a crowd of protesters gathered outside the Ed Sullivan Theater (where The Late Show films) to stand against Paramount’s decision.
