A judge in Washington on Tuesday blocked most of Donald Trump's executive order targeting law firm Susman Godfrey, dealing the Republican U.S. president a new legal setback in its campaign against firms he disfavors.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump announced deals Friday with five law firms that will allow them to avoid the prospect of punishing executive orders and require them to together provide hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of free legal services for causes his administration says it supports.

Susman Godfrey, which helped deliver Dominion Voting Systems a multimillion dollar settlement against Fox News, is suing President Trump over his recent order meant to punish the major law firm.
