Connecticut State Police continue to investigate after skeletal remains were found Wednesday in Killingly. On Friday, state police said the remains have been determined to be human. The remains were discovered near railroad tracks in the woods off Woodward Street,

City of Groton police said human remains found on March 19 probably aren't connected to other recent cases in Killingly and in Rhode Island.
