A winter storm watch is active in southern Kentucky until late Friday night as much of the commonwealth is expected to receive more snow Friday.

The National Weather Service is recording multiple inches of snow around the commonwealth since the start of Winter Storm Blair Sunday.

Local restaurants opened their doors on Wednesday, stating that conditions improved. But, many owners are keeping an eye on another storm expected on Friday.
