EAST HARTFORD — East Hartford police arrested a man who they say robbed a Chase Bank branch earlier this month. Brandon Rolax was charged with first-degree threatening with hazard to terrorize, first-degree robbery, third-degree larceny and carrying a dangerous weapon, judicial records show.

A man was arrested on Feb. 18 in East Hartford after robbing a Chase Bank, according to police. Brandon Rolax allegedly fled the scene after committing the crime and was found at Alumni Park with the stolen money.

An East Hartford woman was charged with DUI after an accident on I-84, according to state police. Police say that Elizabeth Burnham, 35, was not able to stop in time and collided with the rear of the vehicle in front of her.
