Kathleen Kennedy has confirmed she isn't retiring from Lucasfilm anytime soon, despite reports of the contrary. That said, she has "every intention of making an announcement months or a year down the road" as to her role within the company.

Kathleen Kennedy, the longtime president of Lucasfilm, is expected to step down at the end of 2025. She intends to retire after her current contract ends, according to a source with knowledge of her plans.
