STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — One lucky winner scored $33,348.50 with a top-prize Take 5 ticket purchased on Staten Island. The New York Lottery announced the winning ticket for the March 20 evening drawing matched five numbers. The ticket was purchased at Romi Cards & Gifts, known as Card$mart, located at 3161 Amboy Road in Oakwood.
