Unifi’s decision to close its Madison manufacturing facility is expected to cost up to 250 jobs there, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission late Wednesday.

Ninety-one workers at Unifi will lose their jobs as a result. According to the warning notice, which was sent to the North Carolina State Department of Commerce, the company said the closure will take effect in late September.
