Blake Lively's amended complaint is "underwhelming," according to Justin Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman. On February 18, the Gossip Girl actress filed her amended complaint, which claims two other actresses on the It Ends With Us set were “one million percent made uncomfortable” by Justin Baldoni — and that they could be willing to testify.

In a resurfaced interview with Access Hollywood, director Justin Baldoni disclosed that Taylor Swift played a significant part in casting Isabela Ferrer for It Ends With Us. According to Page Six, Baldoni mentioned that he presented Ferrer's audition tape to both Blake Lively and Swift,

The request comes after Lively filed an amended complaint with "significant additional evidence and corroboration of her original claims," per her lawyers
