An 18-year-old survivor is speaking out about a mass shooting that killed two and injured four others at a Spnaway house party last weekend. The victim, who spoke to FOX 13 as "Jazmine Chavez," says a fight escalated into gunfire and sent partygoes scrambling for cover.
