UCLA women's basketball's Elite Eight win vs. LSU eliminated the final perfect bracket in the ESPN Tournament Challenge

Despite growing parity in women's basketball, all No. 1 seeds — UCLA, South Carolina, USC and Texas —advanced to the Elite Eight. Here's what to know.

Here’s the bracket for the women’s NCAA tournament: Every game of the women’s tournament will be aired — here is a schedule — on ESPN’s networks and streaming services with select games on ABC. The top four betting favorites as Sweet 16 week arrives are (in order): UConn, South Carolina, UCLA and Texas, according to BetMGM Sportsbook.

Nothing like a conference rivalry matchup to instantly turn up the heat in the Sweet 16. Duke and UNC split their two games this season, each winning at home. The Tar Heels’ victory was a low-scoring overtime affair, 53-46, as only two of the 20 total players reached double figures.

This matchup marks a rematch of last year's Sweet 16, when LSU defeated UCLA 78-69. The Bruins are in search of their first Final Four appearance, while LSU looks to return to the Final Four for the first time since their title run in 2023.
