Fires made it impossible for the Rams to prepare for their wild-card playoff game against the Vikings in the Southland, but practicing in Arizona is odd.

Rams president Kevin Demoff was optimistic early Thursday that the playoff game could be held at SoFi Stadium, but it became clear there were many reasons to move the game.

The final game of the NFL’s Wild Card weekend is on the move from Los Angeles to Glendale, Ariz., due to ongoing wildfires in California, as the Minnesota Vikings take on the LA Rams Monday night at State Farm Stadium.
