While it seemed like nothing more than a political talking point earlier this week, a lawmaker is pushing to have Trump’s face added to the Mount Rushmore monument through a bill introduced Tuesday.

A Fox News panel gushed at the idea of Donald Trump being added to Mt. Rushmore just a week into his second term. The topic, which has again been floated in conservative circles in recent days, was praised as an “epic” idea by the panel of Outnumbered on Monday afternoon.

In August 2024, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi suggested that Trump's predecessor Joe Biden could be added to Mount Rushmore while citing his achievements during his time in office. The suggestion was widely mocked and criticized by MAGA figures.
