After a short and dominant three-game stretch in Las Vegas, Filipowski earned his way to this year's recipient of the Summer League MVP award, being the first in Jazz franchise history to receive the honor, showing an assortment of offensive skills despite Utah rattling off an 0-3 record in the process.

Utah Jazz forward Kyle Filipowski earned MVP of the NBA 2K26 Summer League 2025 after averaging 29.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists in three games. Filipowski finished as the leading scorer at the event among players who played in at least three games.

The Jazz couldn’t overcome a slow start Friday night against the Bulls, falling 105-92 in Las Vegas to conclude their 2025 Summer League action. Cody Williams turned in another solid performance, leading all scorers with 26 points on 9 of 17 shooting with five rebounds, three assists and two steals.
