A late-season storm system is expected to affect most of Southern California, bringing light to moderate rain.

A system of low pressure is bringing rain and unseasonably cold temperatures to most of Southern California, and communities at higher elevations will likely see some snow. The storm is estimated to drop anywhere from a tenth of an inch to over half an inch of rain,

At 12:34 p.m. on Thursday, the NWS San Diego CA issued a wind advisory valid from Friday 2 p.m. until Saturday 11 p.m. The advisory is for Apple and Lucerne Valleys, San Diego County Deserts and San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning.
