The annual Boston Common Frog Pond will return for the 2024-2025 season on Nov. 30, open to the public for ice skating, lessons, performances, and more holiday fun.

Skating at the Boston Common Frog Pond has been a beloved tradition in the city for decades with the ice rink officially making its debut in 1996, according to the pond’s website.

Frog Pond offers a spray pool during the warmer months and an ice skating rink in the winter. Some visitors do note that the park tends to draw Boston's homeless population, particularly at night.
