Republican attorneys general from 19 states have delivered a stern warning to Costco, cautioning that its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies may be breaking the law.

SC Attorney General Alan Wilson joined other attorneys general from 18 other states Tuesday in calling on Costco to end its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, due to them allegedly violating state and federal anti-discrimination laws.

In a letter to Costco's CEO, 19 Republican state attorneys general urged the company to end the DEI policies that it had publicly supported.
