FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A man in custody was found dead in his cell at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on Monday.
Sam Zu Yung, 32, was found unresponsive in his single cell about 6:15 p.m. at the county’s adult detention center, police said.
