The Palestinian Red Crescent says the slain workers and their vehicles were clearly marked as medical and humanitarian personnel and accused Israeli troops of killing them “in cold blood.”

The bodies of eight Red Crescent medics and other Palestinian rescue workers who came under fire more than a week ago have been recovered from a grave in the sand in the south of the Gaza Strip, U.N.

The victims included eight members of the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS), six from the Palestinian Civil Defense (PCD), and one from the United Nations.
