Williams and astronaut Butch Wilmore recently returned to Earth after a much longer-than-planned trip to space. The two were stuck on the International Space Station ( ISS) for nearly 300 days, despite the original plan for a short trip.

After nine months in space, NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams are readjusting to Earth life with dog walks and family time, while resuming work with Boeing to test the capsule that stranded them on the International Space Station.

The duo's eight-day mission became a nine-month space odyssey after their Boeing Starliner had technical problems.
