The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be revealed just a few days from now at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event, now confirmed for 22 January at 6 pm.

Samsung typically unveils a new flagship Galaxy smartphone at the start of each year, and, true to form, has announced a Galaxy Unpacked event for Jan. 22. Unsurprisingly, the rumor mill is abuzz with speculation about the S25's looks,

According to leaker Ishan Agarwal posting on X, Indian buyers who pre-order a phone in the Samsung Galaxy S25 series should receive it by around February 3, and in another post they clarified that the phones will start shipping to those who pre-order on January 31, so there’s a chance buyers will receive the phones even earlier.

Registrations are already open, but when can you pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and when will it go on sale?

Samsung’s big Galaxy S25 launch is right around the corner. The first Galaxy Unpacked event of 2025 is confirmed for January 22 at 1PM ET in San Jose, CA, where Samsung’s “Next Big Thing” (to borrow a 14-year-old marketing slogan) will be revealed.

In the case of the trade-in rebate, you could potentially pick up the S24 Ultra for just $350 if the device you hand over is valued highly enough to hit the max rebate. For the non-trade-in deal, you get a Galaxy S24 Ultra for just $799 upfront - which is lower than last year's Black Friday deal, for the record.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra gets arguably the biggest design tweaks, swapping the sharp corners of the Galaxy S24 Ultra for a rounder feel. It still seems premium and different to the others though, and is likely to be Titanium-wrapped again.

On January 22, Samsung will host its biannual Galaxy Unpacked Event where the company will announce its new line of 2025 Galaxy S smartphones. This is also when preorders go live.
