(AP) — Billionaire Elon Musk says a Wisconsin voter has been awarded $1 million days before the conclusion of a fiercely contested state Supreme Court election that has broken spending records and become a referendum on Musk and the first months of President Donald Trump’s administration.

A high-stakes election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court has become the most expensive judicial election in American history, but not without controversy.

Musk took to X to announce that "Scott A." from Green Bay had won the sum for signing Musk's "Petition In Opposition To Activist Judges."
