Two sisters who went missing near a river in Aberdeen, Scotland, two weeks ago sent an eerie final text to their landlady at the same time that they vanished, according to local police.

Eliza and Henrietta Huszti's disappearance earlier this month sparked a major search operation. Police Scotland previously said there had been nothing to suggest "suspicious circumstances or criminality".
