Prosecutors say they now expect music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs could face a prison sentence "substantially higher" than the four-to-five years they once thought he was likely to face.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo gave rare insight into the rap mogul’s life in federal prison. The New York-based lawyer, who oversaw Combs’ sex-trafficking case in Manhattan federal court earlier this year, said his famous client spends a lot of time alone with his thoughts.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has asked the judge who is overseeing his case to acquit him or give him a new trial – before he has even been sentenced.
