The Las Vegas Raiders will end the season with a contest against the Los Angeles Chargers. Head coach Antonio Pierce spoke ahead of it.

Pierce told the media that he learned to stick with his gut this year despite all of the hate he has been getting from fans. "Patience, stay with my gut," he said about what he learned about himself.
