Stellantis, the world’s fourth-largest carmaker, named Italian auto executive Antonio Filosa as its new CEO on May 28, replacing Carlos Tavares, who resigned under pressure last year.

After the PSA Group and Fiat Chrysler merger into a new company called Stellantis, Antonio Filosa was named COO of South Africa. During his tenure, Brazil became Jeep's largest market outside the US.
