Starting May 22, United will launch a once-daily flight from IAD to Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) in New Mexico, an airline spokesperson said in an email. The Airbus A319 will depart IAD at 9 a.m. daily and arrive at at ABQ by 11:05 a.m. local time, with the return flight departing ABQ will at 3 p.m. and arriving at IAD by 8:45 p.m.

Sunport officials announced the nonstop flight on Friday, saying the service will start May 22. The flight is the 32nd nonstop out of the Sunport, according to airport officials. The Dulles International Airport is located in Dulles, Virginia, about a 40-minute drive from Downtown D.C.

United Airlines on May 22 will launch nonstop flights between the Albuquerque International Sunport and Dulles International Airport in the Washington, D.C. area.
