The Justice Department subpoenaed New York AG James as it probes whether she violated Trump's civil rights, a source said.

In a subpoena from Trump's DOJ, James is accused of engaging in “deprivation of rights” related to a $454 million civil judgment victory.

James was hit with subpoenas as part of a grand jury probe by the Albany US Attorney's Office into her office's $454 million civil fraud case against President Trump.
