The new complaint was filed by a man named Joseph Manzaro, who claims that he was drugged and taken to a birthday for Diddy’s son Christian at the home of Gloria and Emilio Estefan back in 2015. He claims that Gloria Estefan saw him in a “deteriorating state” and told somebody to call an ambulance, but that her husband took Manzaro away.

The Bad Boy Records founder is currently behind bars awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and more.

Sean "Diddy" Combs was accused of human trafficking in a lawsuit filed Tuesday. Beyonce and Jay-Z were mentioned within the lawsuit, but not named as defendants in Joseph Manzaro's filing.
