Hello, I believe the fisherman go out very early in the morning and depending on how the fishing is going, they come in early morning, early afternoon.

Oh that beach is almost 20 miles away but there are lots of beautiful beaches in mazatllan that are very close to cruise ships just ask the taxi to take you to the playa
