Depending on what you mean by "best". La Petite Venise is for sure the best option in that it's a proper restaurant, not a place to just get something on the go; but it's obviously not the most budget-friendly of options. I do recommend this restaurant, though. FYI: there's a ticket option than includes launch here. It's mid-range, so you won't have to break the bank.
