Palmyra Township is located in Lee County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,906 and it contained 1,201 housing units. According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.53 square miles, of which 34.82 square miles is land and 0.71 square miles is water.
