There are several bed and breakfast inns. St. John's Inn or Riverdale are both nice. There are a number of good hotels along Prudential drive which is a short drive from Riverside.
Interesting question that I wish I could answer. I have no idea in regard to that in Avondale. I know that Saint Augustine has a lot of hunting but I don't know about aventail sorry I can't help you.
